Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation email
- Dust bag and any accessories included as originally packed
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery
- Products missing original packaging, tags, or dust bags
- Sale items or products marked as final sale at time of purchase
- Custom or special order items
How to Request a Return
To begin a return, follow these steps:
- Email us at info@crownclutch.com within 7 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Attach photos of the item if it arrived damaged or incorrect
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome within 2 business days.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@crownclutch.com with the following:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following the process above and place a new order for the desired product.
